On Saturday 23rd January 2010 at St Saviour’s Lodge No 5853. W Bro Mike Falkner on behalf of the Association of Friends' of Shannon Court ( FOSC ) was presented with a magnificent cheque by W Bro Woolsey the WM for £1320.
W Bro Mike not only thanked them for their magnificent donation but also had the opportunity to explain the good work being carried out by the ‘Friends’ and how their donation would be put to good use.
St Saviour’s have long been a supporter of the FOSC having already become a Grand Patron back in 2005.
The occasion also gave W Bro Mike the opportunity again to thank them for inviting several ladies and gentlemen from Shannon Court to their Christmas White Table evening.
Situations like this truly demonstrates the true spirit of freemasonry.
